Requirements for the merchant's electronic system and payment page

The e-shop (website, mobile application, reservation system, web platform) of the merchant has to provide an opportunity for the client to receive full information for each of the goods/services sold. The website/the platform shall contain The General Terms and Conditions to make sales that include detailed information about:

  • Rights and obligations for the merchant and the client;
  • Process of placing an order by the client
  • Conditions (method and terms) for delivery or service;
  • Conditions for complaints, refusal of service, warranty conditions, etc.

 

The e-shop shall also contain all data of the legal entity (name, UIC, court registration address, phone number, and e-mail addresses for client contact).

The client should be able to place their order through a clear step-by-step process

Required documents

To apply for a virtual POS terminal, please complete and submit the following documents:

  • Virtual POS application form (PDF);
  • Actual State Certificate from the Commercial Register;
  • A copy of a document proving ownership (rights of use) of the commercial website domain;
  • Copy of the ID card of the manager (proxy);
  • Founding act (Article of Association, Company Contract);
  • A copy of a contract with a courier company (if one has been concluded);
  • License, certificate, and other documents issued by state or municipal structures, in case it is required for the relevant activity.

 

* When applying for a virtual POS terminal, the online store (website, mobile application, or another type of online platform) must be ready for review or inspection by the Bank. The goods and/or services subject to sale should be available in the electronic system with published prices or information for each good/service (description, characteristics, warranty conditions, etc.). The client interface in the system must be built with the possibility of testing the process of creating and completing an order by the client.
