Business - Start
Addressed towards active Bulgarian and foreign individuals and legal persons wishing to register a trade company /ООD, ЕООD, АD or ЕАD/, as means for raising of the start-up capital.
AMOUNT of the loan - the maximum amount of the loan is:
- up to 5 000 BGN /five thousand/ BGN in case of registration of a limited liability company;
- up to 50 000 BGN /fifty thousand BGN/ in case of registration of a joint stock company;
CURRENCY OF THE LOAN - Business-start is approved in BGN an Euro-clause, namely: “In case that on the day of repayment of the installments of the loan the BNB fixing of Euro is higher that the one on the day of conclusion of the contract the obligation of the borrower is recalculated on the basis of the equivalence in Euro by the fixing on the day of contract’s conclusion”;
TERM OF THE LOAN - the term is up to 1 /one/ month or up to 2 /two/ months;
INTEREST RATE - The interest rate is determined by the current Interest Bulletin of Teximbank
The whole amount of the due interest, charges and commissions is paid by the borrower or reduced from the loan prior to its disbursement;
COLLATERAL - pledge of the monetary means in the escrow account.
