Deposit - Loan

AMOUNT OF THE LOAN - up to 90 % of the deposit in the Bank. The loan is granted in the currency of the deposit. The minimum amount of the deposit is 1000 BGN or their respective equivalence in Euro or US Dollars;

TERM OF THE LOAN - determined by the deposit’s term - minimum 3 months;

INTEREST RATE - the interest rate is determined by the Interest Bulletin and a percentage is added to the deposit’s interest;

LOAN DISBURSEMENT - in full or in parts;

REPAYMENT OF THE LOAN - at the end of the period;

NO CHARGES FOR SURVEY AND MANAGEMENT;

COLLATERAL-first tier pledge of receipt over the amount of the deposit.

Term for granting the loan - up to 5 working days after depositing of the amount for the deposit.
